I think it’s very healthy to spend time alone. You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person.

LANA DEL REY SIGNS TO INTERSCOPE
Yes! Although I’ve seen something big like this looming for a while now, Lana Del Rey has now officially signed on with Interscope Records. According to Billboard, Del Rey is Interscope’s newest signee, and the label will release her ‘first’ album early next year (in January). Her new single “Born to Die” is due to premiere next month, and a music video has already been shot with Yoann Lemoine, who helmed Katy Perry’s brilliant “Teenage Dream” visual, Taylor Swift’s “Back to December”, and Yelle’s “Ce Jeu”. Mark my words. Lana Del Rey will be huge. Gaga, Katy, Lana!
Finally! I am in love with this chick!
I am a Genius.
As I was sitting in my room skimming through foodgawker, I began craving brown sugar, cinnamon, and other fall flavored sweets. I started to go over the contents of my pantry in my head and decided to make some simple cinnamon toast. After I put my two slices in the oven, I remembered the graham crackers I had just bought yesterday. And with that, the raisins and vanilla almond milk in my fridge. I came up with possibly the best idea ever—Single Serving Bread Pudding. I just took a liking bread pudding; I enjoyed it for the first time this past summer, and have been easing my way into loving it. I have never made it before, or even been present when someone else was making it; all I know is that it involves soggy bread. So, if you are a bread pudding connoisseur, this recipe may offend you. But here it goes:
Ingredients:
One full sheet of graham crackers
Two pieces of bread (I used regular whole wheat)
One mini box of raisins (14.1 g)
1/2 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (I am sure any milk would be fine)
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter
Method:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread butter evenly on to the two pieces of bread.
Sprinkle brown sugar on the bread, completely covering the top.
On top of the brown sugar, apply the cinnamon (However much you enjoy).
Put the bread in the oven.
In a cup or small bowl, crumble the graham crackers and pour in the milk and raisins.
Put it in the fridge.
Check on the toast in the oven. It should not take longer than 7 minutes. The sides should be fairly toasted and the butter completely melted.
Once it is ready, take it out, and tear it up into little pieces about 1 inch by 1 inch. Then, put the pieces into a coffee mug (microwaveable).
Pour the milk mixture over the bread and mix well with a fork or spoon.
If you want more milk, you can add more.
Next, microwave the mixture in ten second intervals until evenly warm.
Let cool and devour your treat!
